“Believe it or not, I saw a GIANT (out of all places in Walmart). I talk about it all the time to my fellow co-nurses and even to the Veterans at the VA hospital that I currently work in and the looks that these guys give me are like, “You crazy dude!” I kidd you not. Only a very few take me seriously. THIS GUY was solid and very well proportioned. He was younger, ball-park between the age range of 18-22. But the one thing I did notice was that he had a rather thick long neck. And I’m not even talking about a 7-footer like Golden State’s Kevin Durant. We are talking about 13′ (13 feet) or maybe even taller -Just a huge kid!!! Now, I’ve seen 7-footers before. As far as regular humans go, 7-feet does not seem too outrageous. I’ve been to NBA playoff games before. But this kid was rather impressive. He simply blows away these professional NBA player (freaks of nature) significantly in height by several long-shots! His head surpassed the height of one of the higher hanging Walmart signs that were connected by chains to the ceiling rafters.
So, essentially, they were my markers, gauges so to speak. Additionally, I must’ve been 15-20 feet away from him when he walked pass by me and I had to literally cock my head exactly at a 45-degree angle, which is rather discomforting, so to speak. You do not necessarily do that when looking eye-to-eye at a 7-footer. All you have to do is shift your gaze, not necessarily your whole entire head, similarly to what was required from me. Now, I’m not tall (at all) by any means, standing at an impressive 5 feet 7 inches, LoL!!! But every single time when I find myself walking through the very same aisle, I am regularly reminded of that kid and of that very day.
And I am constantly (not only bothered by it) but also resentful as well because I could have taken a picture of him, but (hey) I didn’t want to be rude. And the reason why I don’t think I was delusional as well was because someone else (a few steps to the left of me) also had responded to one of his family members, who was walking next him, as he asked her, “Hey, you think he’s 7 feet?” And I remembered responding back in return (silently within my head), “No dude, he’s gotta be over 9-feet! HE’S 9-FEET DUDE!!!” Now, why does this very experience bother me ’till this day is this: NO ONE ELSE RESPONDED TO WITNESSING… the very height and stature of this rather colossal individual similarly in the same way as I and the man to my left. It was business as usual -NO ONE!!! Was he higher vibration, unseen to the naked eye, or was I just tripping, LoL!!!
